I'd stay away from this place. I stayed there once - overall property is OK - reception do speak English, it's a plus but not really - breakfast is too expensive even by US standards - clean - noisy as hell, feels like that there is either installation between the walls or there is a gap between the windows and wall and you can clearly hear what is going on in a next room, first night it was kids having a blast in a morning so I got up at 7, next night it was bunch of young folks parting, so no good night sleep. Second time when I browsing hotel properties in Guadalajara I booked this property by accident, called them in an hour they refused to refund, contact hotel.com representative, he couldn't convince them as well, and just to put this in perspective, the sum was 65US, I wonder how greedy you have to be to loose your business over 65 bucks in a city that has plenty other nice properties.
