Overall the hotel was okay. It was very business heavy with their clientele. I was there for vacation but it felt like everyone around me was there on business. It didnt seem family friendly. No pool. The spa was old. Staff was friendly. My spanish was a little rough and when I asked someone at the front desk a question in English, they’d respond back in Spanish. The breakfast buffet was decent, staff there were friendly.

Great location and overall accommodations. I did not like the elevator card restrictions by floor. I understand why this is important for security, but once you are a registered guest, it almost seems like that is a bit excessive. In our case we had two families on 2 different floors and it was difficult to reach each other. They gave us a 3rd card to address this, but still it was a juggling act working that elevator each time. Just constructive feedback, the place was still great.
