Really nice clean hotel, since the arrive the staff members make you feel like family, all I see on them was a friendly smile on their faces, area is safe and you can ask any questions about Guadalajara, We buy a tour to tequila from the hotel, price are the same everywhere and we really enjoy, don’t waste time looking, all are the same, just buy on the hotel. About the internet, yes, there is bad reception, but you don’t need internet when you are on vacation, just enjoy Guadalajara and get the best of your stay. Thanks to all the stuff and we will stay back again!!!!

Close to the city’s center. Rooms are a little on the small side especially if you a family of 4.

The place is good; the only problem was, that a family staying at the hotel, after 1 am, the children were running all around the room, you could hear them, they were screaming, and doing all kinds of noise. I could not sleep. I had to go to the reception to ask them to something about it. I guess they did, because a little bit after that, the noise stopped.
