Property is in a great location, walkable to el centro, cathedrals, restaurants And many other sightseeing sites. We were a group of 10 and I know other family members had issues with their rooms and had to ask to be moved. Personally my room 221 was very nice and clean. The facilities are not luxurious, but it is a beautiful architecture hotel that represents Mexico. Daughter and I used the facility for breakfast only one time and it was a good breakfast. We did not try the buffet. They do not have Service in the balcony, which has very nice views of the city, but you can always get a drink at the bar and take it upstairs or bring your own drink. They do have security and staff at the front door at all times, so it did feel safe, just be careful walking at night around the areas unless you have a good group

Friendly Staff were polite and professional. Our room was spacious clean and we had our own bed. Breakfast was excellent and best of all the location of the hotel was 10-15 minute walk to most museums and center of Guadalajara. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

The property itself is amazing. It’s such a good looking hotel. I love the look and feel of it. The restaurant has the best club sandwich and fries I’ve ever tasted. We did have a huge issue though. We turned on our ac unit at night and I was awaken by water sound. It was dark as I had my infant son sleeping in a roll away crib. So I turned on the bathroom light and put ac unit was gushing out water!! Like legit pouring out water! I quickly turned it off and threw towels Down. I didn’t want to deal with switching rooms late at night so we just slept the rest of the night without it on which sucked bc it was hot. Total inconvenience in that aspect. I have video of it dripping water as it continued for about an hr.

This Jotel is a must stay! Every time we visit Guadalajara we stay here! The only amenity the rooms lack is a mini fridge. We have a toddler who drinks milk and we needed to preserve it cold. Thankfully the staff would bring a bucket with ice nightly to keep the milk cold. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

The staff at the counter were very slow. There is only valet parking and it takes a long time to get the car back (likely understaffed). The restaurant is not forecoming about breakfast costs. They charged one of my kids as an adult and a 3 years old (who barely ate) as a kid. The staff was extremely rude and the food was not good.
