Holiday Inn Tijuana Zona Rio, an IHG Hotel

This is a great and safe hotel family friendly and a great buffet on the mornings 10/10

Great for families and safe

We arrived 1hr early and were accommodating to giving me and family our room. Very clean and family friendly. Very convenient location.

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied because there was no notice about the pool being under construction and additional construction taking place on the property. I chose this hotel because of the pool, wanted my grandkids to enjoy the time together. Sadly, we were woken up early around 6am due to construction noise. Nowhere on the expedia site did it notify of the construction taking place and pool being temporarily closed.

I expected more for the price, pool was unavailable but was not published on the website. I had my family wanting to go for a swim but pool was under renovation. I wasnt too pleased with our stay

Felt welcome, room very clean, nice soothing shower and slept like a baby

I booked a junior king suite but when I checked in it was not available, only a regular room with king bed. The clerk only offered 2 free breakfasts which was normally a $13 upgrade for both. Not sure if that was fair compensation or not.

Love the receptionist, she prioritize to get me a room as possible because we had a toddler and it wasn’t check in time

This property has changed in many years I rented 2 rooms one for me and family and another for my friends in their rooms my friends turn on a cigar after they realized they mad a mistake they turn it off and security came we apologized and said it will never happen again I left to my room across the hall the staff member called the cops arrested my friends went to my room we’re my autistic 6 year old was there they knocked the door if we were like criminal of the most wanted list of mexico the cops tried to take my husband for no reason and pulled me infront of my 6 year old my son is traumatized because this staff member and security and cops how they treated us never stay in this hotel no respect we made a mistake well my friend yes but the way they managed the situation was awfull never again I will take a legal matter of the Damaged they caused my son since that they he can’t sleep wakes up in the middle of night saying that hotel boss is going to call the cops to come inside the room don’t stay their there is no respect for family or disabled kids worst worst experience ever not even in 5 star hotel treat like that they will give a fine or something they literally pulled me and my husband out infront of my son never again worst experience ever

I slept like a baby, thought i would hear noise from traffic, but nope
