City Plus Tijuana

Nightmare!! I will never make complaint even the room , furniture was dirty Bathroom has a mold and smell bad Breakfast another story, you get offer free continental breakfast and then we was told that the part with fruit and some Brad with Salami was free but if you want everything else you need to pay ?? I will usually just ignore the whole thing and just enjoy my stay with my family but what they did on the end need to be addressed to others so you will be aware on the management attitude I book this hotel thought Expida and choose option to pay in hotel Price as you can see on the website for this hotel is from 120-150 and price I get was 156 At the lobby I was charged 240 And extra for pet 25 On my question and by 240’i was told that’s the deposit which will be returned to my account once it check out On the check out was told again the same think After one week since I didn’t receive money I call the hotel and they told me that the price as 240 and they can’t change anything?? So be careful, if you have to go to that hotel be prepared for that

The best experience hands down. More than anything they run a tight shift I felt very safe staying here with my family. I feel like I like I stayed in the high-end resort without paying the high price. Thank you. Expedia will be definitely coming back soon.

First Hotels.com charged me for the hotel $35 a night for a 4th person in a 2 double bed room so the hotel knows i have 2 adults and 2 children but hey only will give you 2 towels and i had to bribe a housekeeper to give me another big towel they didn't have any other towels un the room just 2 towels, also not recommended for families there is no bathroom separation the shower and toilet has glass doors that are half see through, the front desk in on the second floor and the hotel is on a busy busy street so if you get the rooms on the street side you hear all the cars and honking all night worst two nights stay ever

Don’t ever stay on the second floor. The rooms are split and our family had to hear a couple for hours. You could hear everything!!! There was a blood clot on the parking lot floor. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Tijuana and this has been the worst one by far. Never again.

Arrived at the property and was immediately greeted upon arrival by security staff. Was helped and guided to the second floor were the hotel check in is located. Arrived at check in desk and was greeted by a young women who was very polite. Our all around stay was great and room was very neat and clean. Will definitely be returning back with my family.

Our room was given to us at 5:46 pm when check in was suppose to be at 3:00 pm manager was rude and was angry because not only my family but they had 8 other reservations waiting for their rooms as well

Nice restaurant good continental breakfast recommend any family

Upon arrival to hotel it is clear that cleanliness is key. Staff delightfully greet you at the desk and everything is very smooth during check in and check out. During the continental breakfast, which has many delicious options, the staff are very diligent and the service is perfect. It's hard to believe it's free! You can also order from the food service menu at that time, for an extra charge, and the breakfast was 5star! Only wish there were more towels provided in the room. Only enough for one person. I would definitely recommend City Plus Tijuana to my friends and family.
