City Suites Tijuana Río

My family and I loved our stay! Staff were very nice and helpful all the time. We loved the free shuttle within 10kilometers around the area. Breakfast was incredibly good, and the room was super cozy. Definitely will be coming back!

Amazing location. My family and I travel often to tijuana and like to explore new hotels and this one has to be the best one so far. The rooms are very spacious and in great condition. The beds could be better, they are a bit stiff but other than that the rooms are fantastic with a good view. The staff was very friendly except for one of the cooking ladies, whom which we had a very bad experience with. I believe her name is norma. She was rude and unprofessional. Other than that bad experience the hotel overall is fantastic and perfect if you are traveling with a big family. Would highly recommend.

It was ok!!! Good for big families

The room was comfortable, but access to the room and other floors by elevator was terrible. The access card didn't work consistently, and we weren't able to visit with family on different floors. Also, there was no internet access. We left one day early due to these logistics and we were not offered a refund for the second night.

Everything about the hotel was almost perfect. The room itself was spacious, beds comfortable (except for the pillows) and everything was clean. Everything was going well until it was time to shower. My room, and others from my party, didn't have warm water to shower. We had to use a family members shower in the same hotel.

We loved the central location, the size of the room for a family to share and the breakfasts were a great start to our day!!

The service and the lobby was very very bad I didn't like it all you need people with experience I have nothing against those kids but they need a lot of experience

This is a really great hotel for professionals on a work trip or small family because the room provides electric stove with all the amenities for cooking. Frig, microwave, utensils, plates, cups...etc. Pro: For us, we find no use on those items but definitely will return. The bed is medium firm with soft pillows, so we had a great night sleep. The bedsheets and towels are clean. The staffs at frontdesk are okay, but can be friendlier. Cons: the room can have better deep cleaning where u see small stains on the bathroom walls...etc. you really have to pay attention on the sign when you entered that to go up to lobby(L) using the elevator to check in. My room is facing the street so i can hear traffic noise from time to time and your neighbors if they had their tv volume loud. Location wise is good, 10 mins walking distance to mercado hidalgo along with some good restaurants around the hotel. Overall, i would return to the hotel for sure.
