Stayed at this property for a week. House keeping was a hit or a miss depending on who did it. One female worker in the lounge was very unfriendly we tried to avoid if she was working but the other lounge staff were excellent. Front desk staff very friendly and great at organising trips for you. Train station attached to property was very easy to use. Pool is good for a city hotel but pool staff unfriendly and service not great. Breakfast in the hotel is great but the other restaurant/ bar area are very expensive and often don’t have available what’s on the menu. We found Mon-Thurs hotel full of business people and functions and Frid/Sun was very busy with families for the weekend. We did enjoy our stay but would not choose this hotel again. We have stayed in much better 5* hotels.

there are many things that we were so impressed by, from their attention to details to their unmatched hospitality in addition to their top tier In room dining and restaurant experience. one thing of note, that we were really grateful for, was when they were generous with their early check in policy, they allowed us to come in 4 hours early on the account of our little infant, we would have to spend time outside until 3pm if it wast because of the initiative of the front desk staff, we were so happy to say the least.

Excellent Service & a fantastic spread of BF made it an enjoyable family experience.

Compliments to Ms Yukari for clear and friendly desk services during check-in and sound advice on purchasing of breakfast slots. Room condition is excellent, we were given corner room which require a bit of walking. Considered well maintained and comfortable. However, room was a bit warm around 11plus pm and the lowest temp adjustment is 21deg. Although hotel support staff responded promptly and swiftly that they will send someone up to check the room, the toddler was already asleep and inconvenient. But it got cooler into the night/thru the night. Other than that, the stay was fantastic. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices ranging from bread station/salad station/cheese and smoked salmon, dessert section, indian and local malay cuisine, noodles section to classic baked beans/sausages and live omelette section. The pool is nice and suitable family as there are slides for kids and jacuzzi for adults. Just to note that it is shared between the two hotel. Spa and Gym is just beside as well. Do book in advance to avoid lack of slots. One more thing is that the parking is heavily subsidised and not completely free. However, it is just and additional RM3 for hotel guest. So, no complains.
