Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Wonderful stay with family. The room had two beds and spacious bathroom/cabinet area. The window with the cite view had a very modern look. The breakfast had lots of options and food was very good.

I paid for breezy suite but not available during checked in, the staff mentioned may not available even after 4pm , but he is good enough to offered me the duplex - fast recovery Worst nightmare , children next door was banging the wall for more than an hour even after 2 am. Bad sound proof. Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Check in n check out front desk staff also very helpful. Contractors can roaming around 29 floor corridor freely and peeking room that with door open in morning! Safety n security at stake! Pool side restaurant staff was chit chatting inside the restaurant n ignoring guest at pool, luckily the manager saw my expression wanted to order, good observation! Around 8-9pm on 26/5/24

Great family location.

Amazing stay, great amenities. Whole family loved the room & mini bar freebies. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had in the last decade of international stays. Definitely a highlight. Rooftop pool was gorgeous. I would say my only complaint was that the pool decks & furniture definitely need an update as the wood was warping & we tripped several times on the flooring. For such a fancy hotel, this is something that's been overlooked. Other than that, it's worth a return visit.

The property is situated in a convenient location easily accessible to numerous mode of transportation. Shopping and Dining facilities are also available. The rooms are tidy and clean with adjustable air conditioning volume. The shower floors are regrettably slippery. So the elderly and young children have to exercise caution when using these facilities. Strongly suggest hotel management to install anti-slip mats as a safety precaution. Towels and bedsheets are clean. The morning buffet spread is commendable catering for both local and international cuisines with reasonable varieties.

Our family loved our stay! The convenient walk from the metro station was our reason for booking here. We took the direct train from the airport to the Sentral station and didn’t need any other form of transport. Our rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was incredible, all the staff members were so helpful and kind, and the rooftop pool was amazing. Id stay here longer next time so we could enjoy the pool more and walk around the attached mall. Highly recommend!

Rooms r big to accomodate families with children, breakfast is fantastic with a variety of dishes to accomodate all age group. Just next to KL Sentral n mall.

The location was excellent with a huge shopping mall just beside it. The room and bathroom were spacious and has a good view. The only downside for the room was that it did not have a shower hose, so it is pretty inconvenient if we have young kids, especially babies / toddlers. The check in staff was friendly and helpful but the staff on duty during our check out was quite disappointing...

Coming back to Aloft after many years and it still has good standards. Room is clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Location is great.
