I book 2 room due to family holiday. I staying at connecting room. But, one room toilet water pressure very low. Lift not so fast when peak season time, need wait long time. Parking not so convenient , car park very narrow with limited parking lot.

I have always stayed at Park Royal Hotel KL Malaysia It’s perfect t for all ages couples family and like me solo traveller Safety is a huge priority with their guards on the outside It’s a perfect location where you can walk across the road to the best shopping and all restaurants at your finger tips I highly recommend this hotel and always will

Stayed with Park Royal collection for all my family’s visit to KL. Convenient area for shopping. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Pros: The Eco friendliness of the hotel is commendable. Free filtered drinking water in the room is great. The room size is good and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent for people wanting to be near Bukit Bintang's numerous shopping malls, restaurants & monorail. Cons: Overall we were very disappointed by the hotel. Don't expect to sleep without an eye mask. The air-con control illuminates the room brightly. And the smoke detector flashes an even brighter light every ten seconds. None of the light switches make any sense so you will turn on the main lights when you intend to turn on the bathroom light. Ask for a room without an interconnecting door as it removes any soundproofing. Why put two adults in a room with an interconnecting door with a room with children that aren't theirs? The kids screamed all night and we had to change rooms which was a huge fuss at the front desk. Has the hotel manager or designer even stayed in the rooms!!!??? The furniture desperately needs replacing. The poolside lounges and cabanas are heavily stained and mouldy, as was our room couch so it was unusable. Why don't you have nice window couches so guests can enjoy the view? The pool is only 1.2 metres deep and they close it when there's a sprinkling of rain despite being in a city that rains nearly every day! The kids pool is hidden so there are lots of screaming and splashing kids in the main pool. There are ants everywhere. The drinks are extremely overpriced.

When we reach the hotel,there was no bellboy coming over to help us with our family of 5,luckily we had a nice driver who helped us with our luggage. When we tried to check in at 3.30pm for the 2 collection rooms,the reception staff told us that the 2 rooms was no ready even though the checkin time is at 2pm.we waited at the lounge area for more than an hour before the room was ready.I think the management and service doesn’t meet the 5stars requirements n standards.it is not hotel friendly. We booked the collection club premier double double,which I don’t think the room can fit 4 unless young children.I have 3 teenagers whereas one of them have to sleep on the sofa. For the collection club premier king,although it’s located at level 4,I don’t recommend for those who are light sleepers.u can hear the vehicles sound at 11plus at every night.

Hotel is very clean and well managed. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Recommended for all different types of travellers , be it single, couple, family or friends. Your check in waiting time will depend on the day and time of arrival. I arrived on a Sunday at 2pm and had to wait 1 hour before the room was ready. Probably due to a lot of guests checking out late. Other than that, no major issues. Hotel is just opposite Sungai Wang shopping centre, 10-15mins walk to Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion and Lot 10 mall. Convenient location. No complimentary parking for guests if you are driving. 2.20ringgit per parking session.

Very clean and nice hotel, plenty of food options and malls around. Walkable to Lalapot and Pavilion. Recommend for both family and couple.

Amazing staycation at Parkroyal Collection KL Lifestyle Suite with my family during Lunar New Year! Pros: - Newly refurbished: Having just completed their renovation, the rooms and facilities (e.g. gym and swimming pool) are clean and well-maintained - Comfortable bed - Club lounge: great check-in experience with friendly staff, decent options provided for evening cocktails Cons: - Parking: parking space does not seem to be rennovated and is very narrow; troublesome payment due to the need to validate parking with frontdesk at the lobby every time before exiting - would be great if it can be done self-service online

Room is spacious and clean. Booked the lifestyle suites. Perfect for family of 3. Hotel is nearby shopping places eg: Lot 10, Pavillion Enjoyed my stay there.

The wall is paper thin. I could hear the kids screaming at the night. But I do wanted to shout out for the housekeeping staff. They are very professional and friendly. They keep my room exceptional clean everyday.
