Near Ueno Park. Near local eateries which cater mainly for adults and those who like to drink beer. Room was quite small for a family for 4. Only has space for 1 person to walk inside the room. Overall average for room but good for those who wants entertainment near your hotel.

The top bed is hard dusty the front desk so not approachable. no blanket for the top bed. Carpet so dirty. Odor of the room is old. No help of staff and we have a child. We were placed to different building dragging our luggage’s with our help.

Overall good stay! 3 adult beds turned into two large beds. Good thing we family, not friends or colleagues.

The room was that clean, we found a baby cockroach one day, almost wanted me to leave. The room is very small, but whatever. All staff are fantastic tho ~

We are a family of four having stayed in this hotel recently. After one night of stay, both of my kids got itchy red spots on their legs. My wife and myself got some on our arms too. While our request to change room was entertained immediately when we approached the front desk the next day morning, it was a very unpleasant experience. One thing we felt positive about the hotel was that the staff there was helpful and polite.

Convenient, location close to Ueno Station/ Keisei Ueno Station/ Ameyoko Shopping Street. Facilities are standard and clean. It was so warm that their nice staff gave a toy to our kid as a greeting when we checked in. We will stay again if we travel to Tokyo again.

The room with the two bunk beds were tight but the beds were big enough to accommodate our family of four (two adults and a 9 and 11 year-old boys). The room is clean and the quiet even it was located in the hub of all the restaurants and shopping areas in Ueno.

It was very noisy. Me and my kids couldn't fell asleep at all. Check in staffs are really kind but other guest hasn't good manner. If you want to sleep tight, never stay here
