The location is perfect; it takes about only 5 to 10 minutes to the JR station. The staffs are friendly. However, I found a small cockroach in the room. I believe it's not the hotel's problem. The room is quite small; it's suitable for single, not for a family.

The hotel is slightly dated, however the hygiene is up to standard. The staffs are extremely helpful, polite and caring. The breakfast is another plus, simple but tasty. Me and my family are very happy with our stay. The location is very convenient for travel around the city. We will definitely stay there again for our next Tokyo trip.
