There is only one elevator, so not too convenient. Hotel only provide room key for adult if you reserve the room with a child, even though the child is charged for adult rate??? very inconvenient

I am a returning customer of this hotel. Since around 2017, my family and I have stayed here every time we visit Tokyo. Though room rates are a little high for this hotel these days, you cannot beat its location and convenience. I also think they have improved upon their amenities, such as the taste of the free nightly ramen is improved, or the free ice popsicles outside of the onsen add nice touches to our stay. Last but not least, their new mattresses feel very comfortable, and I had several great nights of sleep!

Extremely small rooms even by Tokyo standards. Very overpriced and loud. Overrun with tourists. One elevator for the whole place. When we were there a family two doors down had a horrific domestic violence incident and it took forever for the front desk to get help.
