I love it! Very clean, check in/out process was very easy for me, the room key code I found very convenient. The breakfast it’s delicious and had very good options, the bakery was great to grab something quick on days I slept in. Lovely lobby atmosphere. 5 mins walk to Subway Station Tochomae (Oedo line) and 15 mins walk to train station Shinjuku (or 1 subway stop from Tochomae). The park across the street is amazing, there is a Japanese food restaurant next to the hotel and a family mart <1 min walk. I did not have any issues with loud noises on my floor (stayed in the 4th) and I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Japan for a second time

Went there mainly to sleep but struggled as they fixed the room temp too high. There was a window but gap was a risk for my toddler and there was noise outside from construction
Hotel was 20 min walk to actual platforms at Shinjuku station

There were self check-in machines available at the lobby which was both convenient and straightforward (there was a staff stationed at the check-in machines as well ready to help if we had any questions). I was impressed by the staff themselves too as they could speak both English and Korean and they had a pretty diverse staff too.
The rooms were a bit small but it was enough for two persons per room with luggages.
The hotel itself was such a vibe at night; there was jazz music playing and people at the bar jamming to the music.
Convenience wise, there's a family mart right outside and there's plenty of taxis waiting outside if you ever need to take one. It's about 15mins walk to the station too.

The Knot Tokyo at Shinjuku was a 4 night stay. We took the airport limousine bus from Narita, dropped off at a nearby hotel and walked less than 10 min to get to the Knot. This hotel was about a 15-20 min walk west from Shinjuku station, close to the Tokyo metro government building. Next door to the hotel was a small family run Chinese restaurant, reasonable price food.
The bakery at the Knot has fantastic croissants, sandwiches , French toast bread. There are also 3 washer/dryers available to use, although dryers need more time that you normally use at home. We would definitely stay again.

Kind, affordable, clean, convenient & modern - enjoyed our stay on both ends of our family trip. The pastry shop was lovely and the cocktails & breakfast (pay seperately) were excellent

This property offers a large bedroom for the money.
We are family of 3 and the triple bad was perfect.
Close to central park tokyo and very quiet neighborhood.
It is a little far to walk to Shinjuku shopping area but there is a subway near by.

The hotel fits a great niche of younger business people and families on vacation. It is clean and staff are helpful.

Perfect location in Tokyo. They didn’t have a baby bed, so we brought our bed but the room was too small. We needed to reorganize the furniture.

Stayed for four nights, 2 adults and 1 child. Hotel has a funky and cool aethestics. Still has a new and fresh feel. Location worked for us as it’s directly across the Shinjuku Chuo Park and Shinjuku Central Park Children’s Square - great playground and park to escape Shinjuku City Centre. You can walk from Shinjuku station back to the hotel however after long day of exploring, it can prove tiresome to have to trek back to the hotel. Many times we would opt in to catching the bus into the station (short walk from the hotel) or catch a cab which costs anywhere between 900-1,200 yen. There is a FamilyMart within a few short steps of the hotel. The hotel also facilitated our luggage transfer to Kyoto by completing the form from FamilyMart.
