I am traveling with 16 students. We were on our way back to the airport when one of the kids informed me that his passport was left in his room. We immediately returned to the hotel by subway and the staff quickly helped us retrieve the important travel document. Their kindness is greatly appreciated.❤️

Clean, has all amenities, yes room is small but they already mention this is a business hotel so it’s meant for solo or couple travellers who are ok with small room. We don’t care as we just go there to sleep but if you have kids then don’t choose this place due to room size. Everything else was perfect. Train station is across so super convenient.

You have everything you need. We travelled with a toddler. The rooms are very small. we would choose a bigger room next time as a family.

Reception were very good and friendly. Bed was very comfortable, great bathroom and wifi. Unfortunately our non-smoking room smelt of smoke, especially in the corridor outside our room on level 14. In the bar, you can not sit with friends or family if you do not buy a drink. My friend was asked to leave when he joined me because he didn’t buy a drink, after I had just bought a beer. Other than that, the breakfast was great, we enjoyed our stay.

I booked multiple rooms and was allowed to check-in 2 rooms only because the accompanying guest is not around yet(????!!!!). We were told to check-in only once the accompanying guest arrives. Ridiculous!!! The rooms are too small to fit 2 people. Not recommended for family. Location is good though.
