I didn't like how I was mislead into taking one "double sized bed" for 2 adults and a child. The pictures of the room I took was called " Double bedroom" with clear picrures of two double beds. I can't beleive I'm the only one mislead with these silly tactics to make you beleive you're getting your money's worth. This is not good value for money , the rooms are so small, y'd almost hurt your back trying to move around. They should make it clear these rooms are not fit for 3 people. I would have gone alsewhere. Also, I was threatened to have my fully paid reservation cancelled if I didn't respond quickly enough to their liking. The hotel is always overcrowded witch affects the overall cleaneness no matter how hard they try. I ended up taking an other room elsewhere costing me more money and valuable vacation time.

The hotel room itself is quite basic, so if you're planning a long stay or have more than two people, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you're simply looking for a place to sleep and will be out exploring most of the day, it could be an option, although there are potentially better choices available. Don't settle for this one without considering alternatives. The location is great, and the staff is helpful. On the downside, the rooms and bathrooms are extremely small to the point of being comical. You'll likely need to store your luggage under the bed just to have enough space to access the bathroom. Additionally, for Europeans who haven't experienced the bustling atmosphere of Tokyo, the transition to a small hotel room at night can feel a bit claustrophobic, as we all need some breathing space. On the positive side, the cleanliness is commendable, and it offers decent value for money. However, if you're a family or a group of more than two people, I recommend looking for an alternative accommodation.

If you are looking for comfort or accommodations that can fit a family of 3 in a single room, look elsewhere. We stayed as a couple with a toddler and were miserable sharing the single double bed by midnight. No baby accommodations are available. In fact, unless you are a light solo traveler, this is not the place for you.

I’m not sure why other reviews have issues with heat, small, etc. there was an air conditioner. And the review of “small but one expects this in Tokyo?” Not really helpful. Forget reading any of this. The prices are reasonable. My bed not small but yes up against wall on one side. Who the heck travels with older children and expects not to buy another room? And the elevators were great. On average I waited 30 seconds! Checkin was fast, things were explained, and I went up to find a mini frig (HAD TO TURN IT ON) pull out drawer of Nescafé etc, a kettle, the tv etc. I personally used almost none of this, and I spent 3 nights. And I would’ve spent more time there despite having to position and reposition my suitcase a bit. The spa is great, there’s an ice cube machine!!! Laundry and other amenities. I thought: probably is a businessman’s hotel, and not a 2-3 week place. But I’d stay longer if alone. It’s close to both the subway and Shinjuku Station. You can buy breakfast buffet if you wanted. I missed one of mine, and ¥2000 wasted, but second day was great. Caveat: I think there’s more Asian breakfast naturals than Western, but there as enough for me. And why not? I saw many many re Asians at the hotel than Westerners, but who knows? Hotels plus free breakfast are value added feature, but nevertheless I eat very little breakfast. So it was perfect for me. Note: the Toyoko chain is mildly smaller. I now can say I like both chains!
