Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka - Namba

Our family had two rooms. They were clean and the beds were comfortable and more spacious than they looked on the website. The beds were called "double" but were more like queen size. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and left our bags until check-in time. We were confident our bags were safe. We also left our bags with staff on the day of checkout since we had several hours before we had to go to the airport. This was a helpful service. And the best thing about this hotel: THE LOCATION. Its right across from the entrance to the Dontonbori area and also very close to Kuromon Market. So fantastic food, shopping and great sites are just steps away. Everything about our hotel and the area also felt very safe. If we go back to Osaka, we will definitely stay here again.

Don’t recommend for family

Walking distance to Dotonbori Street and Osaka Metro stations and convenience stores. This is a great hotel option even for a family like us with a toddler.
