A decently priced hotel, but you can probably get better lodging in less shady area, as the area is close to Dotombori but is located near shady areas resembling brothels and love hotels. It's not a super family friendly area. The conditions on hotels.com are not 100% accurate and you will get a paper when you arrive to state new conditions that was not expected beforehand. If you also want your room cleaned you need to tell them before 11am the same day and also hand your keys to them, in other words, late sleepers should go somewhere else if they want a clean room. As a cherry on top, the receptionists will call you AFTER your checkout time is due to repeatedly tell you they will charge you extra fees without comprehending any other English at all other than their memorised 3 word sentence. As it is common to wake their guests before the time is up, this hotel really is something else.
