Great onsen experience with the children. The hotel has good amenities and the highlight was the late night complimentary soba, and ice cream/yogurt. Location of the hotel was very convenient, walking distance to dotonburi and Namba station.

It was our first time staying in a traditional Japanese style hotel and we loved it! Really enjoyed the onsen and night time ramen. The laundry in onsen area made it convenient and easy to travel light which is what we prefer. Property is clean throughout. We will definitely come back again and recommend to our friends and families.

Everythng was great.but the bed size pretty small for 2 person with kid.. other than that food was excellent for asian people. Hot spring water bath was excellent ..

The location is awesome, 3 min walk from Dodonbori. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The kids love the free ice cream and ramen offered every day. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were rude and unsupportive of minor requests. We had book for a family of four but given two pillows and the room and amenities were also for two. When ask for additional items the response was very negative and unsupportive.

A little bit small for a family with kids, but the location was great. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed natural hot spring.

They offer many extra amenities that other hotels don't offer such as free ice cream, and ramen that my kids loved. Hot springs are also additional. Staff are very nice and available all the time. Highly recommend.
