Holiday Inn Osaka Namba

Hotel was in the middle of everything. Street food, restaurants , bars, cafes, shopping stores. For 2 days we didn’t have to take the train. Most of the places we wanted to go to go to were walking distance. We occupied 2 rooms. 1 room with a double bed for me and my husband. The kids occupied a room with 3 beds. Both were very clean and roomy enough to open up a big luggage and a small carry on in each room. In both rooms, we had 2 large luggages and 2 small carry on. We were able to keep on the floor one big and one small luggage open. Beds were pretty comfortable. Service was great too. They helped us with everything we needed and very prompt. The front desk helped me communicate with the next hotel we were going to transfer to and when we needed a taxi, they got us a taxi. We needed our luggages delivered to the next hotel as well. Everything went smoothly. No hassle. Very friendly staff. However, my only complain was the shower curtain. It smelled a little bit. It didn’t bother me too much and we only stayed for 2 nights so I didn’t have to get it changed. I know if I bring it up to the front desk they will get it changed. Overall, this is a good hotel. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel with family. Location is very close to shinsaibashi which is the shopping and eating street. but the hotel is literally beside clubs and bars so it was not very ideal for the kids. We do like the room because they can set up an extra bed ,it made the room a bit tight due to lack of space but the kids were happy having their own bed space.

A family of 3 adults staying for 4 nights, I think the hotel no doubt is located in the city centre with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room is unexpected to be so quiet even during weekend night. Definitely a great choice for night owls.

Starting with how great the staff here was, this hotel is absolutely perfect for anyone interested in staying in the Dotonbori area. As soon as you walk outside and turn left out of the entryway, you're in the midst of everything. With that being said, the room was quiet, clean, and temperature-controllable. I loved having some local channels to watch while we relaxed late in the evenings. We will definitely be referring this hotel to our friends and family going to Osaka.

We’re a family of 6 and had to get 2 rooms during our stay. The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. I loved how it’s a walking distance to dotonbori street and shin sai bashi. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. I really recommend and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Location is good. Very near to Dontobori bridge. But the bed is not comfort enough. And the room space is quite small for a 2+1 family. Hotel did provided a Handy phone for u to bring out.
