Such a great location and friendly staffs. I really enjoyed the stay with my family. Breakfast buffet was good but the menu seems to be the same every day.

Great hotel and location. Room is tiny, but typical for Japan. I liked that bathroom was good size and shower/bath was great. Breakfast buffet was a must. Whole family loved the breakfast. Being next to Dotonburi was awesome. Will definitely stay there again next time in Osaka.

Stayed 1 night. Right in the center of dotonbori, walkable to markets and shopping. Hotel itself was dated and worn, but clean and fine for my family for 1 night. Would not consider this a 4 star

Very very nice hotel with bathtub in room, my kids love it! Location is superb, shopping at dotonburi until late at night and hotel is just within reach! Room is quite decently size for 2 adults and 2 kids, 3 & 5 years old and we can open 2 large suit cases. Easy access to namba metro via exit 15, using the lift or escalator in Hip 5. Can easily get to the train station for the train to the airport too!
