Such a high quality family stay in an easily accessible part of Osaka!

Towels for public bath was the towels from your room so if you used the wash towel your room had no hand towels and the public bath had no shelves to leave your footwear the bath was nice but too many kids running wild all over. Hotel was nice rooms kind of small but that’s japan but too pricey breakfast was ok wouldn’t stay more than one night

Staff are very kind and attentative. Room was clean and had an alright view. We just fit in the room with our two kids. The spa was nice with a nice view. Main issues: the internet is painfully slow in the room. I tried to get some work done and found it very frustrating. Lucky I had my portable wi-fi or I would have missed my deadline. My wife complained that the bathroom stank of a men’s urinal. I asked the maid to clean the walls & floor but the smell never subsided.

This hotel is located very close to the Dontombori area. The building is quiet and safe. I appreciated the friendly staff. The room itself was a bit small for a family of 4, but overall, a nice stay.

Paid for breakfast buffet for the 4 days stay and paid extra 2 pax for my kids...last day of our stay i asked the staff if we can have a refund at least for the 4 pax that we paid extra for since our flight was early and we cant make it to the breakfast buffet which is 6am.. hotel refuses to refund so i requested for pack food / take away for breakfast since it was paid already and it was not cheap so we can bring it to the airport.. the staff still refuses. Been to many hotels but this one is not as accommodating to its guest specially with early flights.. we usually get takeaway breakfast from the hotels we've checked in on our previous vacation and on our last day of check-in. As for hotel itself the hallways smells dusty.. but overall its in a good location and nice buffet breakfast just wished they'ed change variety or menu every day.. the 4 days we stayed same menu every morning..
