My family and I loved our stay here! The staff were exceptional!

recommend this for family. family of 4 (with teenagers), easy to go to USJ and around the city. Also, next to hotel. convenience store right acress. shopping mall has restaurants, ,bakery, super markets and drug stores. Super market has good food where you don't have to go to restaurant if you want to save up some money. also, hotel free breakfast (optional) is pretty good too. overall recommend this place for family trip.

near to USJ with family room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Very near to trains and family mart at level 2 is very convenient.

This hotel is good value for money. My family of four stayed here for three nights. There was plenty of space for us and all our luggage. I really liked the table and chairs in our room, which gave us a nice location to have snacks or chat. The location was very convenient to catch a JR train to universal studios or the City. The view from level 23 was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Room is spacious, very convenient for universal studio. Staff was friendly, so easy to check in and check out. Don’t forget to visit the Onsen-Shop next door to boost the overall experience. Would recommend anyone especially with kids

We booked here for convenience to universal studios (close to station). Loved the fact that there was shops and restaurants underneath as well as the onsen. Staff were fine at check in counter, but being a bigger hotel than other locations on our trip, the service was more transactional and wasn’t as friendly or personal as our previous hotels. Microwave was in our room, but no plates or utensils which I would expect if you provided a microwave for use. We had a family room and loved the sliding divider wall between us and the children. Cute little travel packs provided for our kids. The view was beautiful (25th floor). Room very clean, though carpet in the outside halls was stained and could do with an update, but still very clean. Our beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and functional.

Stay in the family room for 3 nights and the room are really big enough for a family of 3. The area is quite and good but far from downtown like Namba. The reason to choose here is because we saw from blog that the hotel offers free transfer to USJ, but when we arrived at 5 July we were told the transfer is only available on weekend.

My room have a stunning view of Osaka City. I’ve book a 4 beds bedroom, so I can stay with my kids. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel does not have a pool as they advertise. When we asked, they told us we have to pay to use the pool at a nearby gym. I'm guessing that's the one in the picture. Very disappointing as that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Laundry room also broke down while we were there. Otherwise, the family room was nice. Breakfast on the 51st floor is excellent, and it's close to a metro stop, restaurants, and an excellent onsen.
