Came with my family for Universal Studios. It is right next to the train but you have to take a couple stops to get her from Kansai Airport. We found out after you can take a bus from the airport directly to Universal so that would have been easier. But the hotel itself is nice, great breakfast (even for vegetarians) and a great onsen as well.

very clean and spacious hotel. Enjoyed the hot bath at the top floor and it was not overly crowded. But parents with kids need to manage their kids well in the hot bath as many kids was jumping and yelling in the hot bath which was supposedly a place for you to relax.

Short easy walk to Universal Studios and City Walk. Next to the train station. Skyspa has beautiful view with four hot tubs indoor and outdoor. Nice breakfast with western and Japanese food options. A pleasant stay for a family visiting Universal Studios.

Great place and very near to universal studios. The beds are low to the ground, so great for kids. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, giving us directions for the trains and providing advice. I even lost my watch at one point and the front desk helped me find it! I would go back.

In Universal Walk and next to the train station. Universal Studios just 5 min walk. Lots of dining options including a Lawson and Family Mini mart. Great place to stay if you have kids. Hotel very clean with top floor bath spa (not a western spa). Would stay here again!

My family felt so tired. I arrived 1 hour earlier than check-in 3pm. I asked politely to check-in on 2pm. But the hotel asked me to pay 2200yen additionally for the 1 hour advanced check-in. When I was back to hotel on 2:40pm, the hotel front desk was giving keys to guests 😑

Simple and very good hotel for families. The staff have been patient and kind. It has the best location for transportation access. I look forward to staying here again for my next Universal Studies Trip.

Only 5 -7minute walk to USJ. And many restaurants, Lawson and shops nearby. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The king bed is made up of 2 twin beds. It is very spacious for a family of 3 ppl. The room is a bit small than expected. But overall it is a pleasant stay.
