A truly excellent hotel, fairly large family rooms, fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. Easy to come to Kyoto station (train every 15 minutes, recommend to buy an IC card). Only laundry room use was a bit cumbersome, everything else was top notch. Great value for the money, would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and rooms were excellent. Comfortable beds with enough room for a family of four to spread out. The hotel was I. A great location with a JR Line station about two minutes walk away that allows us to get everywhere we needed to go for sightseeing.

Spacious rooms for a decent price. The hotel is rather new and everything is in good condition. Onsen type of public bath available. Only negative is the location, one stop with train from Kyoto station. Railway museum and Aquarium nearby, other than that not much more. Still a very solid option in Kyoto, especially for families with children that might need a larger room for an affordable price.

Everything was great. We were traveling with two families. 4 adults and 4 kids. Beds were comfy. Small complaint. Toilet seat was not heated. And not until we came to the hotel did we find out tattoos were not allowed in bath house. Seemed as if they were but then once we entered the bath house the rules said not allowed. :(

This hotel was incredible. The rooms were fantastic and had 4 beds for our family. They had a lot of extra amenities. The bathroom was amazing. Overall a fantastic hotel for a great price.

Beautiful property. Two floors of excellent dining below the hotel. Unusual opportunity to learn ceramics and Japanese flower arranging as well. Walkway rom train station was a plus. Large, comfortable rooms made whole family happy. Would certainly recommend.

I loved the unique design of the hotel. The closeness to the subway, imagine an elevator ride from the hotel and you are at the train station. The room size was large in comparison to other hotel rooms we stayed at in Japan. The staff were patient and welcoming. The amenities were first rate, coin laundry and the onsen(hot bath). My family loved our stay, and would book the hotel again.

Great staff and lovely place. Hit up Fuune rental bicycle hire if you need kids bikes. Room were fantastic and beds great. Wish we had more time here

Visited Kyoto with my family and the hotel was amazing! Rooms are exceptionally clean and cozy. All amenities were provided, great restaurants right at the hotel, and within walking distance to the train station. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel emion in kyoto was a very nice stay for us. We have two rooms and they are big and clean. Lots of space to move around. Very close to JR train. 7-11 close by for basic things. The spa is an added bonus. Overall, my family liked the hotel Definitely will stay again.
