The Market Urban Hotel

I highly recommend this hotel! Super convenient to the train station and a quick walk to see the sites in Florence. The property was clean, in good condition and the service/staff were excellent. We had a family room and there was plenty of space. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was incredible!!! We are from USA and travel alot. My adult son said best hotel breakfast ever! Comfy beds, good size room for family, great location, awesome service. Definitely would stay again!

The location is super convenient, walkable to most of the tourist areas. Rooms are clean, modern and bright, which I like the most. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We went to Florence as a family. Enjoy the staying very much. Definitely recommend!

It was an extremely pleasant find, EXTREMELY WONDERFUL PLEASANT STAFF, including GIOVANNI, Jen Carla, Christine and Reuben!!! It was especially these specific group of people that made my family ENJOY our STAY in Florence!! This hotel trumps any other 5 STar hotel that one might think of staying! It is not a 5 Star hotel, but a 10 star hotel because of the staff ang strategic location to tourist’ vacation destinations

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic part of Florence. Close to the station and all major attractions close by . Staff were extremely friendly. Lots of restaurants close by . Have already recommended it to family snd friends . Can’t wait to return.

We had a great experience at the Market Urban hotel. It's within easy walking distance of the SMN train station and all the main sights, shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will recommend to our friends and family, and stay here again on future trips to Florence.

Wonderful property and great staff. Breakfast layout was fantastic and, as usual, the breakfast staff was outstanding. Good location . Had a family room which was a reasonably good size for 4 people.

A perfect oasis truly steps away from the major tourist attractions. We had 4 rooms booked for our family of 8. Each room had a unique character, with many personal touches. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast wonderful, and front desk services top notch! A very enthusiastic thumbs up for this hotel!!!

The hotel is modern and located close to the station. It is also a short walk from all the main attractions. The best part was the staff - they went above and beyond to solve a wifi connection we had. There was no need to follow up between shifts - they really tried to make the stay as comfortable as they can. Also, the family rooms are spacious and are very rare to find in Italy and in Florence - very comfortable and great value for money
