Hotel Angelica is a perfect budget hotel. When we booked the room we weren't expecting anything special, HOWEVER, Angelica and her family welcomed you very warmly and were absolutely charming. Our gem of a room had a roof terrace with spectacular views. The hotel is perfectly situated for the trains (which we used). We would definitely stay again.

This little gem was delightful! It felt like staying with family. Just a few rooms, well kept and nice. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and unhurried. We so enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is run by family who seem to live on the premises. They are very friendly and very helpful and welcoming. We had the terrace room- no window in the room, but we had our own private bathroom and our own private rooftop terrace with a great view of the rooftops of Florence- so didn't matter that the room was a little dark. Hotel was walking distance to most attractions- about 10 mins from Duomo. Hotel was right near SMN station- about 2 mins (1 block away). Area felt safe- lots of restaurants close by.

This is a family run hotel. They do their best to meet customers' demand. We love the hostess. She make me feel like going home.

This is a quiet, friendly, economical and centrally located hotel in Florence. It is located on the third floor and requires a lift. The rooms are nicely appointed, but not luxurious, and the management is a multi-generation family operation. I would stay here again in the future, and would recommend it as a good value and location in this wonderful city.

Although this is a small hotel but is very well managed. It is a family managed hotel and both husband and wife are very friendly and helpful. They really know how manage hospitality. Even though this is a 2-star hotel exceed the service quality of 3 star
