Great place and great staff! Primary disappointment is that after staying there two times now, the hotel should restrict children or have a no splashing rule at least in the pool. Most people who go there book it for the romantic rooftop pool. Not so romantic when parents use the pool to let their kids run wild and splash….ruining it for most other guests. I will not be staying there again until they address this. They should advertise the pool with photos of kids splashing water around older annoyed adult couples who are trying to have a trip of a lifetime.

We had a split level family room and it was amazing. Perfect for our two daughters and all our luggage. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the roof top pool and bar was the perfect place to chill after a busy day sightseeing.

We chose this hotel because of the location and also because of the rooftop pool as we have a 5 year old. It did not disappoint. Everything you would want to see in Florence was within walking distance and after a hot day in the city it was great to have the pool to cool down. The room was perfect for the three of us and had a terrace to sit out on an evening. We ate in the hotels restaurant which was good, and the breakfast choices each morning were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it's great for family's.
