The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was included and satisfactory. They have a great view from the rooftop. The only negative thing I’ll mention is the mattress’s were not the most comfortable. Overall, my family of four and I had a nice stay.

Our family of 4 with little kids stayed for several days in Firenze. The room was spacious with good AC and location couldn't be better. Breakfast was fabulous! And the staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay there again and highly recommend it for budget friendly, no-fuss, clean, user-friendly hotel in firenze, literally just minutes from the Duomo, and one block from bus stop to get you everywhere else! Not to forget the great roof-top terrace where you can get great vew of the whole city!!
