The staff was beyond helpful with helping us carry the strollers for both our babies up and down the staircases every time we entered the hotel despite the lobby being on a separate floor from the entrance. Our room had a classic feel but was well maintained and the bathrooms were recently renovated.

Simply awesome. Great for families. Very tiny elevator so I ended up climbing 4 stairs several times. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I would go again here

Worst experience ever! After a long 5 hour drive to the hotel just to be informed that they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room, worst feeling ever. The person in the front desk didn’t even care at all. We were informed that they didn’t have our contact information, which is a lie, to let us know, and then they booked us on another hotel not in a centralized location. If I could rate the hotel less than 0 I would. The other 2 families traveling with us also had a terrible experience at this hotel, no parking provided. Do not stay in this hotel. Worst experience ever!!

Very happy with our stay mainly because we booked a really spacious junior suite and the fantastic location walkable to every attraction. Hotel is tucked away one block from busy Piaza della Republica on a quiet street. This more than made up for the less than impressive entry up a narrow stairway to the elevator and reception. There is always at least person at reception desk who is always kind and helpful.

The first night here was great, the hotel is expensive, but it's pretty nice, so that's to be expected. The staff talks loudly to everyone checking in, which carries in the stairwell pretty well. But that stops at a reasonable time. The second night the adjoining room was apparently sold to the loudest Italian family possible. The children where out of control and whining until at least midnight, the mom was answering the phone and talking loudly, and that lasted until 3:30 am, then they were up at 7 am with the kids making a lot of noise and playing music. Certainly not worth the cost to only get 3.5 hours of sleep.
