Hotel Pendini

Awesome hotel in the heart of Florence, the staff is friendly and well diverse in multiple languages!! Absolutely would recommend to any family, couple, or single traveler!

A little hard to find and if you have a car a little hard to stop to unpack. The hotel will organise parking for you which is great. Breakfast was included and was very nice, lots of options. Travelling as a family of 4 and all the beds were decent size. Two bedrooms separated by a small internal entryway. Great for the family. Close to everything, very walkable.

We had an amazing room overlooking the Piazza. There was some noise from the activities going on till midnight which might bother young families but as a family of four with slightly older kids we loved everything about it. It had such a great atmosphere, staff were friendly and breakfast each day was great. I definitely stay again if we're ever back in Florence.

The hotel is located in the centre of all the Firenze action. Accessible by all means of transport but be aware of the 'Zona Trafico Limitado' otherwise known as ZTL, if you are driving your own vehicle. I won't get into but if you do a search on the internet for Firenze ZTL, you will find all you need to know. Anyway, the staff are lovely, from reception to servers, they were all extremely welcoming, very warm and accommodating at all times. Breakfast was buffet self serve and had a good variance that caters for all. We were right in the centre of Firenze, so for those who prefer to walk around town during their stay, this is ideally located. For those who would like a mixture of staying in town with going farther afield, there are many transport alternatives close by such as buses, trams and trains. Taxis are also very easy to get hold of here so this is also an option. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for families, couples, friends and for those on business trips too.

We had an excellent stay in Hotel Pendini. The location is fantastic and convenient to everything in Florence. We had one large room for our family of four and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a large space in the center of a European city. The reception staff was very helpful, lending us umbrellas and arranging a cab to the airport. They even packed us a breakfast for our early morning flight. The hotel has a bit of a 19th century vibe, but everything was very clean and modern. Fantastic experience.

This is a great place to stay with a family. Centrally located to everything. 10 minute walk to or from Firenze SM. Staff were great and room was clean and well maintained.

Excellent location, very nice family rooms, comfortable beds, loved the bathroom/showers, appreciated the toiletries, great breakfast, nice old-world style, super convenient to all the attractions. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Unfortunately I had a frustrating experience. There was a basker with amplifier playing in the square below until late. He stopped at half past midnight on a Thursday night. My children and I had an early flight and had very little sleep the night before too. We were hoping for some good rest. The mattress was rock hard too. Otherwise the hotel is charming, clean and conveniently located.

It was pleasant two night stay for my family. The location was the best!! Their breakfast was cute and quality food. Pistachio croissant was the best.
