It was perfectly comfortable accommodation that every staff was kind with service mind and very convenient distance from big tour landmark, closely delicious restaurants. If I have a chance to be here with family all, I will be here again definately.

When we return to Florence we will stay here! We will recommend this hotel to all our friends, family and contacts! The best location, service and safe environment! Canadians loved this hotel!

This hotel is in a very good location to visit all the main attractions in Florence. They don't have an elevator, we were lucky to be on the first floor but even carying the luggage up there wasn't easy. We also had to bring the stroller up and down each time we left the room. The rooms are small, washroom very small as well and the AC wasn't working in our room. We had a 6 month old baby with us and temperatures reaching 35C that week so we felt very suffocated in there, the front desk told us they couldn't do anything about it.

Quiet, quaint hotel located 5 blocks from the train station, 2 blocks from the Medici Chapel, 2 blocks from the Central Market, and on a small street with many restaurants. Our family room was large, with comfortable beds, fully equipped bathroom and great A/C.
