I chose the hotel due to the proximity to the train and loved the look of the hotel. My family and I had a wonderful stay and I look forward to booking a stay again in the future.

Amazing hotel, the location was increíble near to everything. If you go you definelty need to try the restaurant at 5th floor Breakfast was great! With an amazing view. Bog rooms. I went with my family and had a great time

By far the WORSE staff at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Especially the front desk lobby ladies were so incredibly RUDE. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the roof top balcony. I made reservations to eat dinner with my family. It took 15 mins to be seated and no one came with menus or even water after sitting there for 35 mins is the sun. We ended up leaving and not eating dinner there. So disorganized. There are so many better hotels to stay at. Stay away from this one. It was a terrible experience for everyone there. We met other tourists who were checking out early due to how horrible the service was. 0 star for service. 3 stars for location.

Only received upgrade in one room due to hotel being full. But both rooms were exceptional. Our family loved this hotel. It’s beautiful, having breakfast on the rooftop terrace was fabulous, free mini bar, pleasant staff, extraordinary location, abundant breakfast, very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers, interesting historical photo exhibit on our floor all made our stay memorable. The underground (smooth walking surface) pedestrian tunnel made the short walk to train station easy! Highly recommend this hotel.

Location was super convenient for train station arrivals and departures, as well as easy access to local hot spots! Hotel was beautiful. Loved our outdooor patio. Breakfast buffet, rooftop bar and restaurant were delicious! We had some issues with the elevators being closed during part of our stay but it did not inconvenience too much as we were backpacking (rolled suitcases may have presented some challenges). Room was great overall. Mini bar was included free of charge and hotel surprised us with a great bottle of wine and chocolates upon checkout! Only area for real improvement is the mattresses. They pretty hard and some family members struggled with the comfort more than others. Bathroom and rest of room was very clean and comfortable!
