Nice staff For the price it could use a good Reno Old fashion Candy stripe headboard and baby bleu paint humm when we that in style ;) Next to train station so convenient for that

Horrible front desk staff, mean, arrogant and unfriendly. Received no welcome letter or information about the hotel, breakfast, Lake Como area, ... . They simply did not care about me and my family, or the fact that I am a HH member.
