Pros: excellent location, central to train and water port, restaurants and bars. Cons: no A/c in room we complained about it and nothing changed and we have a baby. WiFi was in an out. We were not provided extra towels and garbage was not taken out.

Great location and clean place. Family room was great (beautiful view). Solid clean hotel in convenient location in Como. A bit understaffed, but solid hotel and breakfast was solid. No complaints and would go again. If going as a family, I would get the family room (with bunk beds - at least if you have young kids as they got a kick out of it).
