We had a large group with 3 rooms at this hotel and a room at another hotel property down the street. The setup at this property was not great for families. Also my kids are adopted and don’t look like my wife and I. The staff seemed really concerned about that even after they checked our passports. I appreciate them being careful to watch out for the vulnerable but they made us feel targeted and unsafe. Also the area is full of graffiti and trash but so is much of Milan. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially for families.

I reserved 3 adults using 3 beds. My family always used 3 beds for 4 people. When My family, my wife and I (2 adults) and 2 children (12 and 9 year old girls) arrived at the hotel on 2:00 am, one of us (4people) was refused to sleep for insurance reason. I myself had to choose other hotel long distance away.
