Hotel Glam Milano

Super close to the train station. Ok rooms, but well used. We had an unfortunate black out, so that all the keys to the rooms did not work. This was troublesome, and I would appreciate that they would give sone extra service to families travelling with small children seeing as we had to sit on the floor in the lobby until 22.. Therefore I can not give a full score.

My family and I was on a trip to Europe for the holiday break. We had an unexpected interrruption in our trip due to a delay of a train and missed our connecting train in Milan. Hotel Glam was a welcomed experience. It was in walking distance from Milano Centrale Station. The hotel was very modern. The view from the room was awesome. We had great customer service as well. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Glam.

Glam doesn't describe this hotel at all. It's very basic. You are only allowed one room key so if you are rooming with multiple people, and you have different days planned, only one of you gets a key to your room. Quite inconvenient. For the price you pay, it should at least be a convenient stay. Also, we reserved a junior suite so that we could have some privacy from the other person who was sharing the hotel room with us, but the door didn't close all the way. It was as if they installed the door incorrectly so that it was impossible to shut. Again, for the price you pay for these rooms you should at very least get doors that close. The only plus is the proximity to the train station. Overall, though, terribly disappointed. Would not recommend.

Great place to stay in Milan. We are a family of four, the room was large and comfortable for all 4 of us. We had easy access to trains and the metro. The staff was so kind and nice. I had several questions before we arrived. I emailed them and always got responses quickly. We will stay again next time we are in Milan

Nice hotel opposite Milan Central station. Comfortable room with separate bedroom with king bed and two single beds in living room easily accommodated our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys for one night.

Nice hotel. Very central to most things and very handy for metro and train links in and around Milan. Traveled with a baby and were accommodating to requests made.

Unfortunately although the glam hotel is in a good location we found many points to our stay and the room very disappointing. I had booked a room with a double bed however I was placed in what seemed like a family room with three single beds. There were two bathrooms in the room but both had issues. Bathroom one had a bath with a shower over the top however the tap to the bath was broken so it would not turn on and the tap to the shower was actually missing. In the second bathroom there was a standing shower with just a shower curtain however the drainage is so poor in this hotel the bathroom flooded each time I had a shower, even flooding out of the bathroom into the hall way. I would have to bop up each time I took a shower using 3 towels a time. I feel very sorry for the maids in this hotel. The drainage is also very bad on the sink and the sealant around the edges was broken so the sink would leak underneath each time I washed my face. Another member of my party was in another room and had to complain and move rooms because his shower curtain was covered in mould and again the drainage was bad. The hotel staff really did not seem to understand the issues and acted like they must not get these complains all the time. The breakfast is as also very poor and definitely not worth the 15 euros.
