Hotel Da Vinci

Very rude staff. Extremely unhelpful. Very abrupt. Not kind at all towards me or my kids. Left me feeling very tearful, would never stay here again! Pained me to rate them 1 star as service was unforgivable

I don't think we'll consider returning to this hotel. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The location was not very good, and nothing was really nearby. Minor things like a microwave in the room or in a publicly accessible side were not available. And they were totally unwilling to help with reheating leftovers from our meal earlier in the day to feed our babies. That wouldn't have been a big deal and we might not have even eaten outside the hotel except they were unfriendly and not very accommodating (not to mention the food was overpriced) in the hotel restaurant. Other than the bugs in the room, it was mostly a clean place to stay though. And our room was comfortable enough. That said, it won't be one we consider coming back to next time we're in Milan.

Service and staff members were great! Super kind and helpful, had an eye for detail plus we were with an infant. Especially the service in the bar in the lobby were amazing! Plus everything was very clean and neat in the room, I highly recommend this place!

Property was placed where it was rly unsafe and not family friendly Hotel walls where so thin it was unbelievable what you where hearing through the walls Bed was so uncomfortable it was ridiculous

Would I stay here again?? In short, No! I appreciate the close proximity to public transport but the breakfast was highly disappointing. I made a complaint the first day as the maids failed to clean our room or make our beds. I don’t think it’s the best hotel for a family with small children.

Very disappointed with service , you don’t get even bottle of water complimentary in such hot weather . We paid top notch price but services absolutely crap . We will never come again in this hotel neither recommend Air conditioning wasn’t working properly in 37/38 c , very uncomfortable stay especially with family , not as described

The hotel rooms are spacious, extremely clean, with a wet room shower, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was €10 per adult, kids eat free, and the choice was extensive - hot and cold options with an excellent selection. The parking is €10 and is located to the rear. The train into the centre of milan is just off the car park and they run every few minutes and its only 15 minutes in. Brilliant location to explore the region.

The stay was absolutely disappointing, the pictures on line are definitely photoshopped. Our room had bare minimum furniture and low lighting, the shower was not draining. No one picks up at the front desk, we had to go to the desk 3 times to get attention. At that point we had already decided to leave. We slept without showering after spending all day in 35+ degree heat. Next day when we were checking out they didn't make any attempt to offer help or try to understand why. Charged me full price, without any emotion or regret that we left. I dont have enough space to type all the challenges...not kidding! DO NOT Stay at this hotel...a funeral home is cleaner.
