The worst hotel for family. Forced us to buy an extra room for our child which is insane, pretty much blackmailed us into it while our kids were crying imat the reception for almost 2 hours and the manager went to the office and left us with the rude staff! They also gave us broken baby cot for our 1 year old. Unfortunately, we felt discriminated as well. Our toddler left her diaper in the toilet and the hotel blocked our access to the room, calling us uncivilised! Seriously, not for families!

My family stayed in the hotel for 5days. Only best this about the property is it's location. Easy connectivity to all amenities including metro and other transport. Hotel switch off the Air conditioning in the middle of night. Fridge isnt working . Poor housekeeping. Terrible smell in the bath towels. Inspite of repeated requests they didn't bother to replace the fridge. They shouldn't be classified as 4*. Horrendous experience.

Really good space in a family room with 4 beds...reasonable metro ride into central Milan. Bar staff were great - efficient checkin! Highly recommend it.

The room was fantastic, large, clean and lovely decor. My only negative of this hotel was the price for breakfast. It was €15 per person regardless of age so my son aged 10 only ate 2 pancakes with syrup and we still had to pay €15. There should be a childrens price cap or kids eat free.

I stayed in the junior suite at J24 which was very spacious. The room was lovely & the decor was nice. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, a small welcome/information pack & also a mirror in the lift! In a great location too, easy to get to central and other landmarks & restaurants too
