NEO Hotel

Everything was ok for one night stay after one day spent in Milano. Good size for a family room. Breakfast was ok

We stayed as a family of 5 for 1 night. I booked this hotel as it has a 24hr reception and our flight arrived at night. The hotel looked smart and the staff were pleasant, courteous and efficient. The room was nice and clean and I found the beds comfortable. It was also lovely and quiet. There is a kettle in the family room but you are told to use bottled water in it- why I'm not sure. The tea/coffee cups provided with the kettle weren't completely clean. I also thought that the room for a family of 5 was cramped. I was glad that we were only staying 1 night. Breakfast was nice and was included in our stay. As other reviews will have said, the hotel is a bit further out of Milan city center. I did ask about the shuttle service via email before our stay but was told that we could book a taxi (around 15 euros) to Bignami metro station. This wasn't a problem for our short stay but something to consider for a longer stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Neo but if we were to return to Milan I would find something more suitable for the 5 of us.

we had a lovely family room, very clean and comfortable. the breakfast was tasty, every one found himself something s/he liked. the hotel is located out side of Milan, so it takes about an hour to get to the center of Milan by public transport.

Perfect for a family of 5. Appreciate friendliness of the counter receptionist and the dining room usher.

Was very comfortable, alittle far from the center of Milan but was good was not crowded of cars and people. Very quiet. Iliked it, perfect for a family.

We arrived at the hotel as a family, 1 night, 2 rooms. Very nice staff, clean rooms. A varied, delicious buffet breakfast. Everything was fine.

No pool,gym or kids play area. Breakfast buffet was below average and there was one day during our 6 day stay where they did not refill the main items once they ran out. Stay was fine. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows.

This hotel was nice! Very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was updated and clean, staff that we did speak to were helpful and kind. The fan didn’t work in the room and the windows didn’t open so it felt a bit warm in there. Small fridge in the room, tv, bunk bed for the kids, slippers and hygiene stuff given to us! Very thoughtful. My only complaint is the amount of ants in the room. I know ants are so small but I just don’t like them lol they got into our bags, despite me keeping them off the floor. They were also all over the bunk bed which my youngest child slept on. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had lots of option. All of it very yummy! Good parking and a short drive to the train station!
