The room was excellent for European hotel room. Very clean, comfortable bed, linens & bath products provided. Separate water closet & shower areas. We were upgraded to a junior suite & it was great! Kettle in room, bar in room (xtra of course) 2 waters provided per day. Elevator available. Rooftop bar was awesome. Close to Campo di Fiori market, Tiber River & all that that area provides. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Chapter Roma was awesome. We had our 5-month old baby with us and the staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They were also really plugged in and had great recommendations for restaurants and local spots. Highly recommend.

Location is the best in Rome. Whenever I asked for anything it was done and done well, the staff here is some of the best trained and most friendly I have ever experienced. The room (the smallest in the hotel) was extremely comfortable and satisfied my expectations in every way, I stayed here for two weeks (a long time for rome I'm told) and I would stay here again or recommend this wonderful place to anyone in my family. Bravo chapter Roma!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, we found everyone so wonderful and friendly, and there is an absolutely great breakfast bar as well. We thought it was a very cool place to stay. We really enjoyed Chapter Roma.
