Condominio Monti Boutique Hotel

Great hotel for a family trip. I went with my parents, so I looked for places with accessibility, security and well located. All three of the requirements were fulfilled when I arrived at the hotel. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants at a good price range, a 30 minute walk from every tourist spot there is, including the street with stores, and with supermarkets If you are like me and likes to buy some groceries to take with you during the day. The breakfast have a good range of options and the food is always fresh. The receptionists were always eager to help, like everyone in the staff. The bathroom is small, specially the space with the shower, but it was not s problem. I sure recommend the stay. The cleaning was on the spot, both the spaces and the bed were always smelling fresh. From the room I couldn’t hear a thing from the street and the bed was very comfortable, I had a nice sleep every night. My only problem was with the fridge in our room that couldn’t get the drinks cold enough - and I do like my drinks really cold. But I don’t even think it was a problem, since we were experiencing a heat wave (40°C).

Staff was friendly and helpful. But this did not outweigh the cons. The bigger rooms were all located in an annex 2 doors over, which had no lobby, no reception desk and the doors were not even locked from 8am- midnight! Had to walk down a dark hallway to small dark staircase upstairs. Needless to say we felt extremely unsafe going in and out at night with our kids. For the price paid, better off staying at a Airbnb for a fraction of the cost!

Super close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. If those are your top sites, you will be happy with this location. Amazing service in reception, breakfast and the complimentary tour. There are all sorts of perks that may interest you. One * removed because the stairs to our Family suite was a tight circular stair. The elevator was super small and felt like it was going to collapse with 2 adults and 2 kids under 13. Toilet was also running for most of the time and my husband had to fix it. Breakfast was amazing, great selection and delicious cappuccinos. We took advantage of the gelato tour which was a nice treat to taste really unique flavours and get a tour of the local Monti neighborhood.

Everyone was a joy and pleasure! Helpful and kind. Frederica and Luca went out of their way to show us kindness and help our family. We will be back 💗 Good morning, and in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!

The customer service exceeded my expectations. I accidentally booked a room for 2 adults and one king bed when I was bringing my kids with me. Despite being fully booked the staff accomdated us by bringing in a cot so we could all sleep comfortably. Additionally the staff is incredibly helpful, room was very nice and super clean. Right in the heart of Rome near the Colosseum with excellent dining options nearby. Don't hesitate to stay here!!!

My family of four stayed here for two nights and I was very surprised at the amount of space in the room. We enjoyed the rooftop breakfast as well as evening drinks on the roof as well. But the staff was really what made this stay wonderful. Rosa greeted my kids each morning by name. After we checked out we held our luggage there and then we came back and needed a spot to eat our lunch that we grabbed. Rosa and Josephine were more then happy to help us and got us waters and allowed us to sit right there in the lounge area. They were truly so kind and we felt very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!
