Hotel Hiberia

Marco & Patricio at the front desk are extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Traveling with family & this was a great hotel. Tough walk from Metro though.

Phenomenal location - withing 15-20 minutes of walking from EVERYTHING. And if you need to go farther - metro station is within 15 minutes walk as well. Room was extremely clean and comfortable Staff was very attentive and always available. Breakfast was great and so was dinner when we decided to go to adjacent restaurant. We stayed in family room with two kids. It was a bit "cozy" as would be expected from any older hotel.

Great central location, everywhere you would want to visit is walkable. Staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Room spacious with excellent ensuite. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good as was the small family restaurant to the rear of the hotel.

The concierge was always pleasant and helpful as he responded to all our questions. We are a family speaking English exclusively and we never had to struggle to figure out how to ask for something. Right from the beginning as I was making the reservations the staff was always very considerate and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. Our family of four stayed in the suite with terrace and loved having the rooftop terrace available to take a rest in the afternoon between busy days seeing the sites of Rome. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. Dinner at the restaurant was a treat with the singing staff. I highly recommend the meatballs in fondue cheese.

I recently stayed 4 nights at the Hotel Hiberia, a family of three. The location is wonderful, convenient walking to a few top attractions yet in a relatively quiet corner. Room is clean and good space for 3. Looking at the hotel evacuation map, I noticed our room is a bit larger than regular. All the staff I met were very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is good quality with very reasonable price. We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was a pleasant experience with delicious food. The gelato store right cross the hotel is a top quality. TV is old but we didn't have time to use it anyway. Will come back.

The service received from Patrick was excellent. Being a family who is happy with clean and comfortable, we got what we paid for which was great. Great location although up a hill, Trevi Fountain close by and Colusseum about 20 minutes away. Everything was good with our room but i do have 2 complaints. The heat in summer is unbearable, the air-conditioning should work properly, we had to request a fan. Also not 1 English TV channel to enjoy in the great of the afternoon while chilling in our room. Even a news channel that worked would have been great, but everything was dubbed. All in all a great stay
