The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and a myriad of restaurants bars etc.
Mia and the staff at reception were super friendly and most importantly very helpful. The room was as described. We are a family of 5 and needed a room for a quick one night stop over and this fit the bill perfectly. Obviously if staying more than one night then this room would be too small, but for one night it was exactly what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5. Martino was fabulous - so friendly, helpful, and he made the best cappuccinos at breakfast. The breakfast was perfect for us with so many options to start our day. The location is central to everything - an easy walk to the main sites.

We traveled with our family of 5 and it suited our needs. Just 1 king bed, 3 twin beds in a room along with a gigantic soaking tub in the middle of the bedroom that made no sense. We got a kick out of it. Bathroom was very nice. Staff was super helpful. Decent location to walk to Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Only there forn1 night but would stay again.

Arrived late but the staff made check in VERY easy and helped us get settled. We are a family of 5 so we were able to get a family suite with 3 beds for our children. Room was quiet. Hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to dinner, shopping, sights.
Cabs/transportation is very difficult in Rome so the staff was able to confirm and secure transportation to airport when we needed it. Great place.

We traveled as a family of 5 and we had a nice big room is small separation. It was perfect for us! The location is ideal for walking to colosseum, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain to name a few. Lots of options for dinning out, shopping for snacks and souvenirs. Only issue we had was lobby is not open 24/7 and we were not sure what to do with the keys but we left them in our room and attempted to call.

It is a bit like a family owned bed and breakfast. The family is wonderful. We so enjoyed our stay that we hated to leave. The friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness was exceptional. We would stay here in this well placed (near the Presidential Palace in a heartbeat. A ten minute walk to the Trevi Fountain.

We actually did not stay at the property after making a 5-night reservation because although there was a working elevator, there was 3 steps that made it inaccessible for my son's manual wheelchair. But I wanted to commend the wonderful customer and personal service of the staff; in particular, Martino was extremely courteous and helpful in assisting my family find alternate accommodations for us to stay. He even went out of his way and walked us over to the new property to assist us. We were very grateful for his service. The Trevi Palace Hotel was clean and modern, in a very central perfect location walking distance to all major Rome attractions; we would recommend others to stay. Thank you again, Martino!
