Room was dirty...walls were filthy as was the toilet paper! It had blood on it! The floors were sticky. The bed was so uncomfortable that I could hardly stand up in the morning. I am still suffering from a lower back issue now. I stay here at least 3 times a year and have recommended it to friends and family. I will not be coming back unless they fix things. The staff are great...its the property that stinks...literally!!

We like HelloSky for the convenience for an early flight out of Rome Fiumicino. Unfortunately for our stay there were some other guests who let their kids "run wild" and it kept us up. We'd definitely try it again though just for the convenience alone.

We had to leave the cruise ship by 9 am so went to FCO and wanted to leave bags at the Hellosky hotel, which is in terminal 3. For 30€ we could get an early checkin which was well worth it. They rushed a cleanup on our room while the family relaxed with refreshments in the lobby, wifi and A/C! Great convenience! The room was comfortable, and roomy but sparely furnished. We bought a great breakfast for a few euros and had a few minutes walk to our checkin. Definitely would use them again!

So convenient, especially if you have to catch an early flight the next morning. Staff was friendly, room was spacious, and great room service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

One thing the property should be aware of or at least mention to guests is that there is no capability for video/audio using What's App. I could not meet up with my family using this method. My calls kept getting dropped. This probably would not have been a game changer if I had known in advance, but it was certainly annoying when I could not connect.
