Nevo by Isrotel Collection

Property was very nice clean and renovated. There is a nice big pool and spa which very nice not enough chairs around the pool for the number of people. I would not recommend going to this hotel on a Friday night. The hotel was jammed with families with little kids that were running around the hotel, as if it was her living room. Kicking screaming yelling, and the parents did absolutely nothing to discipline or take care of their children. We left the restaurant with a headache, the pool with a headache and the lobby with a headache if you want to go to this property, make sure you go any day of the week except for Friday night.

All in all a good hotel - lovely outdoor pool, very clean rooms and just a short walk to the Dead Sea shore. However the staff were a mixed bag - some very friendly and helpful but others appeared uninterested. We received news of a family bereavement and asked for a later check out and the woman at the check out desk was abrupt and cold. She did eventually agree, however not the customer service you expect from a hotel of this standard.

Good for families, less for couples
