The staff were terrific from start to finish, always willing to help us out and provide the facilities to accomodate our small child.

Excellent location, walking distance to many attractions, bars and restaurants. Travel with family and felt safe walking the areas: yet ,remember, it is still a city so just be mindful of your belongings. All the staff we encountered was very pleasant. The front desk was pleasant and helpful at providing tour information and willing to help book it. I mention at another site, it was my daughters birthday, and she was surprised with a plate w a slice of cake and cookies. That was very nice and made the event special.

I never write reviews but had too this time. This hotel was great! Staff 10/10. Room 10/10. Location 10/10. This hotel is on Temple Street in the heart of the action/Bar district. If you or your small child don't like bars, music and all the things that come with an area like this, might want to give another option. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and delicious!!! The hotel was literally a classy oasis when you needed a break from the entertainment district.

The overall stay was lovely.The hotel lobby itself is beautiful, warm and inviting and smells amazing. Because of location I requested a quiet room and they accommaded my request. Slept like a baby and heard nothing all night. We also ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. Would have no doubts about staying here again
