One of the outstanding things about the Arlington is their staff. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel itself is lovley and great character. Our family room was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone with very comfortable beds and very clean. It is in a great area with Dublin City centre on the doorstep. Their customer service is just brilliant with a great and very welcoming service desk staff who were so friendly and helpful. Bar , breakfast and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful also. Would recommend the food as well. Thank ye for a wonderful stay and will hopefully return before too long.

Spent 6 days in Dublin with my grandchildren ages 11 and 12. Wonderful staff at the Arlington and perfectly located to explore Dublin by foot. It will certainly be my hotel of choice on my next Ireland trip.

Was up for a social event locally. Great entertainment/ food in the bar. However, the duvet on the bed was like a sheet and room was very cold. Was an exceptionally cold night. Phone in room didnt work so after several calls to reception on my mobile i got through and requested if more bedding could be sent up as there was none available in the room. Bedding never came. Ended up having to sleep in my clothes and coat. Loud banging of hoovers and chatting in hallway from cleaners for over 30 minutes the following morning before 8am. I had to check out of the hotel and return home @ 8.15am as couldnt bear to stay any longer..Complained to reception the following morning. Followed up with email to hotel. Only response was no apology offered, just asked who and at what time i had telephoned reception for the bedding. No communication since. For the high price of the hotel which doesnt even include breakfast i will be staying elsewhere from now on. I stay regularly in Dublin so have to say it was the worst stay over i have ever had in Dubin. Would not be recommending to any family / friends in the future.

VERY professional staff and especially helpful and personable. Like family. Great food! The decor could use an update, but the trade off is security and location at an affordable price. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious room and good size bathroom which were both very clean. Very comfy beds. There is no air on however there was a fan provided which was great. The hotel has an excellent bar and restaurant. The staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. We arrived 2 hours before check-in with the intention of asking if we could just leave our cases with them but there was a room ready so we were able to check in early. Also we were heading out again I commented to my family how warm it was, one of the housekeepers overheard and immediately asked if there was a fan in our room as she could get one if there wasn’t. Excellent location and felt very safe as upstairs could only be accessed with the room keycard. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Hotel staff are super friendly, rooms are a little dated, but very comfortable, spacious and clean. Family friendly (we traveled with teenage kids). They have vending machines on the floor and a restaurant with bar on site. There are also a lot of dining options within easy walking distance, including breakfast options and pubs. We had a great stay here and would definitely consider staying here again.

I really enjoyed our stay here. It has everything you could ask for. A great bar and restaurant. comfortable beds. Quiet. Staff were very attentive with check in and bag storage. i complaints at all. We were a family of 4 in the family room with 4 beds. We enjoyed the historical vibe of the architecture as you enter and main lobby. Would definitely stay again.
