The Morgan Hotel

Absolutely lovely stay. So clean. Such amazing rooms (we had two) and they were both great. Staff was very helpful and, while waiting for the kids, watched the reception staff try and track down someone who’s wallet had been found in the bin outside. Above and beyond the call.

Great hotel, lovely staff. The optional room cleaning was a bit annoying especially as you had to arrange through an app. I understand and believe hotels should go greener however, you can do this by still cleaning rooms but not changing towels and bedsheets rather than forgoing the clean altogether. We were staying with our baby so having our bed made etc. was part of the experience of being in a hotel that we had wanted. Also, having to use the app to book room service etc. is a good idea however, please commit your processes around it. We used the app to book breakfast and room service in night as directed. However after completing both transactions reception then called us on the phone. Waking the baby up! (Twice) - surely if you have the technology and direct the customer to use it the staff should be trained appropriately to trust the the app. These two things were a bit annoying. However, the hotel was overall great and the staff very helpful and friendly! Great location, right in the middle of temple bar but we slept well and were not too distracted by the noise from the street.

The AIr Conditioning was not working and despite a few complaints the solution was a table fan. This was also seen in some other rooms also - so aparently the hotel is aware but not addressing the issue. When You pay over 400 euro for a room per night you expect better. Suitable for young adults - families not so.

Beautiful property, but did not like the air conditioning system which would automatically turn off after 2 hrs to conserve energy. My family visited during a particularly warm period and this was a great annoyance and very uncomfortable in the middle of the warm nights. Eventually had to open the windows and suffer with the street noise to get comfortable.

Stayed here before as its such a convenient location with a great cocktail bar. We had breakfast out as other family staying elsewhere but it always smelled good. Room was noisy in the early morning as window was overlooking back alley with deliveries etc. I would stay there again though.

It was a pleasant surprise after traveling for two weeks to find such a beautiful room, spotless roomy bathroom with all the amenities. The front desk was very helpful with directions and anything we needed. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
