This is a fantastic place and is budget friendly for a family stay. Really good location for cafés and restaurants, grocery shops and bigger shops on Grafton Street, and a 10 minute walk to the Liffey and Temple Bar in one direction, or O'Connell Street in another. Staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. Our studio was big enough for the three of us, and included everything we needed - fridge, microwave, oven, stove top, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, pod coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was small but modern (shower with two shower heads) and the studio had air conditioning. We were also provided with plenty of coffee and tea bags. The studio was very clean; the only minor downside was that when searching for the larger mugs we found them in the dishwasher, unwashed. Other than that, it was perfect for our short stay and we will certainly consider staying in similar places when we travel again.

We had a great stay. The location was fantastic as it was only 5 minute walk to Jamieson Distillery and within 10 minutes we could easily get to the river and the main attractions such as Trinity College and Dublin Castle. The staff always warmly welcomed us and were helpful. We didn't try the breakfast as it was easier to eat in the room with an infant, but it looks fantastic. The room was clean, but the only downside was that the rug in the living room/kitchen area was quite old and looked as though it needed some deep cleaning and so was the shower. Everything else was great.

The room was not cleaned very well, including a nice clump of hair behind the door. The bed was unbelievably hard, like I checked if I was laying on a wooden board (not kidding). Hotels are not known for the most comfortable beds, but this was by far the worst I’ve ever slept on… for the couple of hours I could sleep.

Modern location, close to the main attractions. The room was comfy, the queenside bed + the sofa bed and the small kitchen was perfect for a family with a little daughter like us. Staff was friendly and accommodating staff. One cons: I would have preferred a daily housekeeping of the room. We would for sure recommend this hotel!

Stayed for 6 nights with family, the hotel is in a very convenient area, easy walking distance to sights and restaurants, lots of food options nearby. Had a 1 bedroom suite, very comfortable, the kids stayed in the living room, the sofa pulls out to 2 single beds, which was perfect for my kids. The kitchen was a plus, bathroom though small was very functional. Wish there was a second TV in the bedroom. The only downside was cleaning only done every 7 days, unless you wanted to pay extra. So by the end of our stay the room got pretty dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us what we needed. Would stay at their properties again.
